Water helps in maintaining the body temperature. It helps in excretion via the process of sweating, urination. Contributes to the synovial fluid that lubricates your different body joints. Being healthy is super important and also necessary to remember "Health is wealth". If you have good health then everything is fine you can work and you can do everything. If your health ain't good then doesn't matter how good you do in life the fact that you are not good will always be here in your back of your mind.

 Here are 50 tips that will help you have a better life. And here health means all the aspects of health, the physical, mental and also the social aspect of the health. So let's begin...


The physical aspects of life:

1. Do exercise regularly
2. Avoid junk foods
3. Have green vegetables
4. Include foods in your diet
5. Get a doctor when needed
6. No Smoke
7. No alcohol
8. Go to bed early at most by 10:30 pm
9. Wake up early by 4 to 5 am
